Test you system manually!  To do this, call the Central Station at 1-800-468-4640 and ask them to put your account “On Test”.  When your system is on test, this means they will take no action when alarm signals come in.  Turn your alarm on and trip as many areas as you can.  Then call back the central station and ask them, A.)  What signals they received and B.)  To take your system “Off Test”.  Always test your system anytime work is done to your home phone.  This includes switching carriers or to VOIP.

 You can also check the status of your system anytime by going online to www.mymonitoringstation.com.  Your log in is your account number and your password is the same password we use for verification of your identity. If you don’t know your account number, please call our office for assistance.
